I'll go on etsy right now is that a feather boa wrapped around elastic? So cute and perfect for newborn pictures!
How long does it take? I have a baby shower on the 27th and didn't know if it would ready and shipped to Eagle Mountain, UT

Bow and flower is added by me. The white thing is not ( I think it's bloomers that she bought)
