Med fits most 12M-2T, and Large fits most 2-4T THERE is SOOOOOOOOOO much forgiveness room in rompers that they stretch like no other(without over stretching and looking bad). I have seen newborns in the bigger sizes, the extra material just looks like more SASSY LACE RUFFLES.
